FROM HOME BREWING TO COMMERCIAL BREWING
After brewing in my garage for several years, I took the plunge and built Devil's Peak Brewery, a 60hL per month production system in a warehouse in Somerset West, South Africa. Building the brewery by hand was a challenging and at times painful process, but most of all an intense learning experience. Through this experience, my diverse and in-depth knowledge of craft beer, my continuing brewing education, and my engineering consulting background, I believe I well suited for providing cost-effective consulting services to small, up-start breweries, and recipe development to craft breweries large or small.
